The League is classified as a veterans/military service organization and was formed for the purposes of promoting the interests of the U.S. Marine Corps; to provide camaraderie and assistance to Marines, as well as to their families; and to preserve the traditions of the U.S. Marine Corps. It is a not-for-profit organization within the provisions of Internal Revenue Service Code 501 (c) (4), with a special group exemption letter which allows for contributions to the Marine Corps League, its Auxiliary and subsidiary units, to be tax deductible by the donor.
Below are our annual Sponsor packages:
Package 1- $50.00 per year: Business card sized Ad in our monthly Newsletter, The Tarmac.
Package 2- $100.00 per year: Package 1 plus an Ad on our Detachment Website (www.rdu-mcl.org),
and Facebook page (facebook.com/RDUMCLDetachment).
Package 3- $250.00 per year: Package 2 with an increased ad size of 1/4 page in our newsletter,
plus a framed MCL Certificate presented to your business.
Package 4- $500.00 per year: Package 3 with an increased ad size of 1/2 page in our newsletter.
Package 5- $1,000.00 or more per year: Package 3 with an increased ad size of a full page in our newsletter.
